Hawaiian themed Teacher Appreciation Week printables can be found HERE.
The 2 posters print 42 x 26 inches. The posters were used as our bulletin board. The Thank You cards and the "Tiki-rific" handouts print on regular sheets of paper.
The week before Teacher Appreciation Week, we took all the teacher's pictures in front of the blank poster and gave them a lei to wear. Then printed the photos and hung them on the blank posters (we printed 2 of the blank posters).
For our student gift, we printed the Thank You cards, cut them out and had each child write/draw their teacher a thank you card during their library rotation days before Teacher Appreciation Week. Then we hole punched the corners and bundled them together using metal rings.
The classroom supplies were given using the the "Tiki-rific" tag printed on card stock. We bundled 3 dri-erase markers together and attached the tag using small, colored rubber bands (they turned out pretty fun!):
The school gift from the PTA was a binding machine that the teachers requested from a survey the PTA sent out.
Then Friday we had a luau in the school gym after school where we served Hawaiian Haystacks and had Polynesian dancers.
